Ambulance Cost Report

CMS has randomly selected organizations for Cost Reporting. CMS developed the Ground Ambulance Data Collection System under Section 1834(I)(17). Failure to report your Ambulance Cost Report will result in a 10% reduction in your Medicare funds. Your organization should already be collecting your operations, financial and billing data and submitted your cost-reporting time selection.
